Introducing Our Tutorial Videos

Ever since our company launched, we have constantly created more resources for more hands-on learning development. After our successful workshop turnover, we are now pleased to introduce our all-new tutorial videos! While we already have hands-on workshops (be sure to check them out!), we also believe that tutorial videos will prove beneficial to all of our viewers and can be played at a pace calibrated to the learner’s liking. 

Every learner is different, and so is their style of learning. We are dedicated to making sure we excel in bringing multiple resources for our students which includes tutorial videos. Watching videos and knowledge can not only help with self-paced studies but helps with retaining and implementing the information in a fashion suitable for them. 

Our videos help expose students to various concepts, often crammed and cannot be revised in a workshop, as well as bringing a comfortable workspace to the learner. A takeaway we want our students to captivate and develop further is how to apply concepts in these videos to an independent project. Whether it is a simple line of code that could decrease complexity or debugging techniques, we aim to create quality education learners can take advantage of and apply it to later uses. These videos help develop a variety of skills for students of all ages to use—enabling them to mature as a coder. 

What’s Coming Soon

From building a simple calculator to developing linear regression models, our tutorial videos will host multiple entertaining lessons for learners of any skill level to engage in and then follow to create their own projects. Video lessons will be concentrated on various languages—from Python to Java—and will contain detailed explanations. We make sure our videos, fine-tuned and made by our top instructors, are easy to understand. As of now, we’ve already released two videos: 

• Creating Tic-Tac-Toe on Java: Our instructor, Katia Ohmacht, has put together this video for Tic-Tac-Toe lovers to create and have fun with. Through Java, Katia walks us through the process as well as clearly explains what needs to be done. The end result is indeed a fully playable Tic-Tac-Toe game, one made by learner’s hard work. 

• Creating a Calculator in Python: Darren Chan, our instructor for this video, has walked us through creating a calculator with Python. In this tutorial, Darren will teach students how to program a simple calculator in Python. The calculator will perform basic arithmetic operations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
